Dr Adriano Barbosa da Silva’s project aims to develop new tools for the integrated analysis of electronic health records, genetic, genomic and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging using a translational data warehouse platform (tranSMART). These tools will be used to investigate data collected from two major studies: UK Biobank and Barts Bioresources cardiovascular collections.
